Booking & Order Policies
By placing an order with Amourruffles, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the policies below.
Booking Your Order
All Amourruffles pieces are custom-made and handmade to order. Your order is not booked or secured until payment is received. Sending inspiration pictures, asking about availability, or discussing a design does not reserve your spot.
Please provide the correct child’s name, age, size, theme, colors, event date and shipping information when ordering.
Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Please order ahead of your event date. Rush orders may be available for an additional $25 and must be approved before booking.

Prices are subject to change. Once an order is booked and paid, the agreed price for that order is secured.
Rush Orders
A $25 rush fee applies to approved rush orders. Paying a rush fee does not automatically guarantee availability. Rush orders must be approved before booking.
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Amourruffles is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for providing the correct size and measurements. Please double-check all sizing information before submitting your order. Amourruffles is not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.
Custom Designs
Inspiration pictures are welcome; however, because each piece is handmade, no two custom pieces will be exactly identical. Ribbon, fabric, embellishments, colors and other materials may vary slightly depending on availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the customized and handmade nature of each order, all sales are final once work has begun. Please make sure you are ready to order before submitting payment. If Amourruffles is unable to complete your order, you will be contacted regarding the appropriate resolution.
Event Dates
Customers are responsible for providing the correct event date. Please order early enough to allow time for your piece to be handmade and shipped. Amourruffles cannot be responsible for missed events caused by shipping-carrier delays after an order has been shipped on time.
One-Person Handmade Business
Amourruffles is a one-person handmade business. Every order is sewn and created individually with care. Please allow enough time for your custom piece to be completed. Last-minute requests may require a rush fee or may not be accepted.
